Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 8 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product is defective or damaged (shipping paid by us)
- Wrong product was delivered (shipping paid by us)
- Customer's preference (unused and unopened items only, shipping paid by customer)
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items received more than 8 days ago
- Used or opened items
- Items damaged or soiled by the customer
- Sale or outlet items (when stated)
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (underwear, cosmetics, etc.)
3. Return & Exchange Procedure
- Contact us through the Contact Page with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- We will provide the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange or refund.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method.
- For credit card payments, additional processing time by the card company may apply.
- If points were used for the order, used points will also be refunded.
5. Dropship Products
Please note the following for dropship products (e.g., CJ Dropshipping):
- International return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- For defective items, please send photos and we will reship or refund without requiring a return.
- Customs duties cannot be refunded.
