Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

• Japan (all prefectures)
• United States
• South Korea
• Vietnam
• China (some areas excluded)
• Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand

2. Shipping Fees

• Japan: Free shipping on orders over ¥5,000. A flat rate of ¥500 applies for orders under ¥5,000.
• International: Varies by region and weight. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

• Japan (original products): Shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation, delivered 1-2 days after shipment.
• Dropship products: Delivered within 3-7 business days (from CJ Japan warehouse). 7-15 business days for direct shipment from China.
• International: 5-20 business days depending on region.

* Delays may occur due to weather, traffic conditions, or peak seasons.

4. Carriers

Domestic shipping uses Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post. International shipping uses DHL, FedEx, or international mail services. Carrier selection is not available.

5. Tracking Numbers

After shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can also check it in your order history on My Page.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to absence, please request redelivery within the carrier's storage period. After the storage period expires, the package will be returned to us and additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment.
